  • In response to the challenges of modern tools, SCBN TOOLS has developed a unique tool coating system. Using a multi-layer coating process, making PVD coatings are extremely hard, but most manufacturers' coatings are so hard that they fall off at the cutting edge at the beginning of cutting. SCBN TOOLS engineers designed a layer of stress-absorbing film under the thick high-hardness film, which greatly increases the stability of the hard film and increases the tool life by 2 to 5 times, which is a pioneering work in the coating industry.
