DNMN series CBN inserts have a 55° diamond shape and are ISO international standard models. The solid CBN insert is sintered under high temperature and high pressure on the six-sided top, and has excellent heat resistance, wear resistance and chemical stability.
Common models of DNMN series CBN inserts include DNMN1104, DNMN1506, etc. Common nose radius are 04, 08 and 12.
The standard cutting edges of DNMN integral CBN inserts are T01020, T01020, S01020, S02020, and other cutting edges can be customized.
DNMN solid CBN inserts can efficiently turn all kinds of cast iron and hardened steel parts, realizing turning instead of grinding.
