RCMV series polycrystalline cubic boron nitride inserts are V-groove solid CBN inserts, which are ISO international standard models.
The solid CBN insert RCMV is sintered under high temperature and ultra-high pressure with a six-sided top hydraulic press, and has excellent heat resistance, wear resistance and chemical stability. It has unparalleled cutting performance, the entire circular surface can be used as a cutting edge, the cutting rate of each edge is high, the tool usage rate is extremely high, and the production cost can be reduced. It is a CBN tool with excellent performance.
The common models of RCMV series solid CBN inserts are RCMV0605, RCMV0606, RCMV0907, RCMV1207, RCMV1510, RCMV1910, etc. The largest model can be RCMV2512.
RCMV Cutting Edge Chamfer include S02020, S03020, S05020, S10020, ect. Other customized chamfer can be accepted.
The commonly used toolholders for RCMV solid CBN inserts are middle turning toolholders, and the common toolholder models are CRDCN2525 and CRDCN3232.
RCMV solid CBN inserts can efficiently turn a variety of cast iron and hardened steel components, enabling turning instead of grinding.
