  • SNMN series CBN solid inserts (abbreviated as CBN inserts) are square in shape and are often called SNGN. Under the action of high temperature and ultra-high pressure of the six-sided top hydraulic press, it is sintered and synthesized, which has strong wear resistance, heat resistance and chemical stability.

  • SNMN series CBN inserts have various specifications, common specifications are SNMN0903, SNMN0904, SNMN1204, SNMN1207, SNMN1507, SNMN2010, etc.

    The standard cutting edges of SNMN series CBN inserts are T01020, T02020, S01020, S02020, S03025, S05020, etc. Other cutting edges can be customized.


  • The commonly used toolholders for SNMN solid CBN inserts include 45°, 75°, 83° and other cylindrical turning toolholders, and there are three types of L, R, and N. 75° toolholder CSRNR, front 75° tool holder CSKNR, middle toolholder CSDNN, 45° toolholder CSSNR, and 83° toolholder CSXNR commonly used for processing high manganese steel.
