Brief Introduction of DNGA Brazed PCBN Insert

• DNGA brazed pcbn inserts are 55 degree diamond inserts for hard turning ferrous metals of cast iron and hardened steel, the edge of the cbn inserts is made of polycrystalline cubic boron nitride, the indexable inserts with cbn tips are Precision cutting tool, welded from top to bottom, has 4 cutting edges, which is more economical and efficient than ordinary welded CBN inserts.

• Common models of DNGA brazed PCBN inserts are DNGA1104, DNGA1504, and common nose radius are 02, 04, 08 and 12.  Chamfers can be S01020, S02020, S01025, etc. Nose radius and chamfers can be customized according to customer needs.

• Processing application of brazed PCBN insert DNGA
