Brief Introduction of SNGA Brazed PCBN Insert 


  • The SNGA brazed CBN insert is a welded CBN insert after the design and optimization of the overall square SNMN insert. It has 8 tool tips like SNMN. With SNGA, it can use the universal tool holder same with carbide inserts, no need to change the tool holder, easy and convenient.

  • The common models of SNGA brazed CBN inserts are SNGA1204, and the common nose radius are 02, 04, 08 and 12.

    Standard chamfers are S02020, S03020, and other non-standard cutting edge sizes are accepted.

  • SNGA brazed inserts are mainly used in various hardened steel, quenched and tempered steel, tool steel, die steel, bearing steel (HRC45-70); chilled cast iron, high chromium cast iron, nickel-based, cobalt-chromium-molybdenum alloy, cobalt-based high temperature It is suitable for black materials such as alloy (HRC35-70) and difficult-to-machine white cast iron.
