SCBN TOOLS WNGA brazed CBN inserts have stable processing performance and high durability, and can replace CNC inserts such as similar alloy coated inserts and carbide.   • The common models of WNGA brazed inserts is WNGA0804, and the commonly used chamfers are S02020 and S03020, and other cutting edge parameters can be customized.

Finishing; machining finish can reach Ra0.8, large cutting amount, strong impact resistance, good wear resistance and long service life.
